At Patience Bitondo, each garment is thoughtfully designed and crafted in Canada. Because many of our pieces are made specifically for each client, our return policy reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in every order.


Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Many of our designs are made-to-order or custom created for you.

As these garments are produced specifically upon request, they are generally final sale.

However, if you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to contact us. We are committed to working with our clients to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.


Ready-to-Ship (In-Stock) Items

For items that are stocked and ready to ship, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must be attached

  • The item must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right through repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.


Refund Timing

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your financial institution.
