All orders ship from our St Catherines, ON.

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS / Canada Post via Shopify Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–7 business days (after processing)

  • Cost: CAD 15 (Free for orders over CAD 500)

Expedited Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Delivery Time: 1–4 business days (after processing)

  • Cost: CAD 30

Express Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (after processing)

  • Cost: CAD 50

All shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

      Processing Time

  • Most garments are made-to-order or pre-order to minimize fabric waste.

  • Regular in-stock garments: 1–10 business days

  • Custom garments: up to 3 weeks

  • During busy seasons or for large orders, processing may take longer.

  • For urgent orders, email: atelier@patiencebitondo.ca — express processing fees may apply.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Patience Bitondo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Once the package leaves our atelier, the shipping carrier assumes all risk of loss or damage.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly with their tracking number if there are delivery issues.

  • For assistance coordinating with the carrier, contact atelier@patiencebitondo.ca.

    Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns & Exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

    Additional Notes

  • If a fabric is sold out, we will contact you to discuss the closest available match and will only proceed with your approval.

  • Direct signature may be required for orders over CAD 1,000.
